Run by musicians, for musicians and music lovers.
Based in Cornwall and serving the local music community.
WRECKERS RADIO is the new name for Cornwall Folk Radio.

Featuring music made by folk West of the Exe (ie Cornwall most of Devon) plus the best roots music from further afield. We seek to promote independent music making and local venues for live music.

News 15th Febuary 2026

Wreckers.Radio Live on new site

Finally, after many ups and downs this website is now hosted on the same server as the Radio station. This greatly streamlines and makes easier many admin tasks, and will, in due course make various new facilities available to visitors and supporters.

ON THIS WEBSITE

To listen on this site it is recommended to click the icon in the top corner of the "Now Playing" pane above. This will open the player in a small sized fresh browser window so that you don't lose the sound as you change page and you can position it so that it is visible next to your main browser or other application windows you are using.

If you simply use the play button above you will loose the sound when you move page and have to restart it. We could make it autoplay when the page opens but we think that is really intrusive - you need to be in control.
