  • Welcome to Wreckers Radio!
Wreckers Radio was borne out of Cornwall Folk Radio (CFR) in early 2024. A small group of dedicated volunteers came together to ensure that the legacy of CFR could continue, and started to think about ways in which it could grow and develop.
  • A Blog… Really?
Well why not? We wont write a lot. But we’ll tell you what we’ve got – in our heads – about music and the station. We’ll even let you comment – but only if we like what you say and its relevant and interesting.

Wreckers Radio and Cornwall Folk Radio are now managed by a new small group of volunteers with sponsorship and support from Adept Living Foundation, Launceston Folk Club and Cornwall Folk Festival.

We remain completely non-profit and non-commercial and work for fun and great local music.
